We also collect information through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead forms. Information you submit there is shared with us and handled the same way as information submitted through our website form.

We automatically record technical and campaign information with your submission, including the page you submitted from, your browser user agent, your IP address, and advertising parameters such as UTM tags and Facebook click identifiers.

How we use your information

Meta Pixel and advertising

When you submit a form, contact details (name, email, phone, city, state, and zip code) may be shared with Meta in hashed form for ad measurement and matching. Hashing turns each value into an irreversible code before it is sent, so Meta receives a representation of your information rather than the raw value. Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our site, including clicks, scrolling, and page views. Form inputs are masked and are not recorded.

Estimate request tools

We use Zapier and Jobber to manage estimate requests. Each submitted request is passed to Jobber, where our team tracks it from estimate through completion of the work.

We keep lead records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and insurance obligations. Data is stored on access-restricted systems.
